Caroline Brunne

Caroline Brunne is a trauma survivor coach, breathwork facilitator, author, professional speaker, and Founder of INSupport Community. 

Alongside Louie, her certified therapy dog, Caroline offers a unique blend of support through her Gold Coast breathwork studio and workplace wellness programs, combining breathwork and animal-assisted therapy to create spaces of safety and regulation. 

 From her lived experience of incest, child sexual abuse, and family and domestic violence, Caroline has shifted her trauma into transformation. She shares her healing journey and guides both survivors and supporters by teaching them the power of being allies whilst walking beside survivors as they face the complexities of healing. 

Representing incest survivors, she is paving the way for survivors to remove the shame that has silenced them by owning their voices and knowing they are more than what has happened to them.

Women’s stories of strength and resilience matter deeply to me because I know what it means to carry both trauma and hope in the same body. My own life has been shaped by experiences of incest, child sexual abuse, and family and domestic violence, and for many years, silence and shame kept me small. It wasn’t until I began to share my story that I truly felt the weight lift and the possibility of transformation appear.

When women share their stories, they don’t just speak for themselves; they create ripples of permission for others to speak, heal, and step into their own truth. These stories remind us that we are more than what has happened to us. They challenge the stigma that keeps so many silent, and they help dismantle the shame that isolates survivors.

For me, amplifying women’s voices isn’t just about storytelling; it’s about creating spaces where survivors can see their resilience reflected, know they are not alone, and feel supported in reclaiming their lives. It’s through these stories that we build connection, community, and the courage to move forward together.
